Here are a few of the most common frequently asked questions and answers for some of our top selling products
Hydration Bladder and Insulating Sleeve
Q: I am not getting any water through the valve, how do I open it?
A: After you have pulled off the dust cap, you will need to pull up on the black bite valve piece before you bite gently and suck water out.
Q: It appears that there is water or moisture in the bladder before opening it?
A: Occasionally, the packages can appear to have moisture in them, but after opening the cap and getting air inside you will see it is an optical allusion. As long as there is a foam insert below the cap, you can be sure this bladder is brand new.
Q: The insulating pack does not have any backpack straps, how to I wear it?
A: The insulating sleeve was designed to either strap onto a backpack, or any other outdoor gear you use or fit inside a backpack. It has clips and straps that allow this function, but you can use the bladder only if you wish.
Q: How do I take the hose off of the bladder?
A: Turn the hose 180 degrees, push the button at the bottom of the hose and pull up and out.
Q: How do I stop water from leaking through the circular on the front of the bladder?
A: The easiest answer is to turn it a little bit tighter in a clockwise rotation. If this doesn’t work, check the large white O-ring that sits under that black lid. This O-ring should fit up into the slot on the upper part of the black lid. If it has come out, just pull it off and put it back into the slot.
Q: The bite valve doesn’t fit through the hole in my backpack. What do I do?
A: You can pull off the entire black bite valve from the end of the hose, then insert the hose through the backpack hole, then re-attach the black bite valve to the hose.
