I wanted to touch base again and circle back around with anyone who has questions about our bite valve on the Crystal Creek Hydration Bladder.
I recently talked to a few people who were having some issues with minor leakage when the bite valve was in the closed position so I wanted to remind everyone that there is an easy way to check it.

In a quick summary, the video shows that you can easily pull off the top of the bite valve to make sure that the small O-ring is in place. If the O-ring is broken or gone you will need to replace it to keep the hose from leaking.
